Shipping & Returns
Please read carefully as our shipping policies have changed. Iron Army has different shipping and return policies, and shipping rates for each vendor. Our products are shipped from several different locations around the world so shipping costs will differ depending on vendor and your location.
Iron Army Apparel orders are typically fulfilled within 2-5 business days from the date of purchase. Some orders may be shipped from our warehouse in Regina, SK Canada while others are shipped from fulfillment centers in Charlotte, NC USA, Riga, or Latvia Europe. When possible we will have them shipped from the nearest location nearest to you.
Multi-product orders may be sent out in different shipments and the tracking info will be emailed to you once each product/products have been sent out.
Killer Custom orders are typically dispatched within 1-3 business days after payment has cleared. We will provide tracking number via email when your order ships. We ship worldwide, and prices differ by the size of package and area that we are sending to. The shipping prices are stated at the checkout.
If you can't find your country in the shipping list, it might be you are the first person ordering from that country. Please contact us firstname.lastname@example.org for a customized shipping rate.
No money will be charged on their card until goods have been dispatched from our warehouse. The money is only reserved on your account, but the actual charge is done by us only when the good are dispatched. The goods are sent by a courier with a signed-for delivery
INTERNATIONAL BUYERS (OUTSIDE EUROPE) - PLEASE NOTE:
Unless specified at checkout, Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to buying.
Killer Custom stock is shipped from Europe.
International delivery (outside Europe) usually takes 10-15 business days, although due to shipper or customs delays it can be as long as 15-20 business days. We will send shipment confirmation and tracking number when your order ships.
European delivery takes 10-15 business days.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
Customs fees are normally charged by the shipping company or collected when you pick the item up. These fees are not additional shipping charges.
We don't under-value merchandise or mark the item as a gift on customs forms. Doing that is against U.S. and international laws.
Please make sure your mailing and shipping address is correct before sending payment.

We understand that things happen. Parts are mistakenly ordered, you end up not needing what you thought or something doesn't fit. Not a problem, here at Killer Custom we always do our best to satisfy our customers return requests.
We do accept returns and will refund you in full if you are dissatisfied with your item(s) as long as you have not altered the item. Once the item is altered you void the return policy.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase by referencing a valid Sales Order number or Invoice number, the items must be returned using a trackable service, and you will have to email us the tracking number in order to receive your refund

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next - contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

We do not refund Gift cards.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
